How to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, contact us immediately by sending an email to [email protected]. Be sure to provide your order number and the reason for the cancellation request.

Please note that once an order has been assigned a tracking number, we are unable to accept a cancellation request. However, if you still need to cancel an order that has reached this stage, go ahead and send us an email, and one of our customer service specialists will assist you further.

How to request a refund?

We are always sorry to hear when a customer wants to return their order. We are legally unable to accept any opened products back at our facility. If you want to return unopened bottles, simply ship your order back to our facility at the following address:

Once shipped simply email us [email protected] and send us your tracking information. Once we confirm we have received your shipment we will go ahead and issue a refund. The refund process takes 5-7 business days to reflect back onto your account.

Are any of your products gluten-free?

Our Succulent Seafood Boil and Seasoning does not contain any wheat, rye, barley, or oats. NOTE – We do not perform the laboratory testing that is required to make a “gluten-free” claim on any of our product packaging. However, we do follow a very detailed allergen control program to prevent wheat cross-contamination from occurring in these products.

Are any of your products MSG-free?

Our Succulent Seafood Boil and Seasoning contains no MSG.

What is the shelf life of Mom’s Secret Blend products?

Our unopened products have a 2-year shelf life.

Can I feature Mom’s Secret Blend recipes on my website or reference the brand name in a recipe I’m posting?

What if the seasonings clump in the bottle?

Clumping is a natural process as a result of not using any preservatives or artificial ingredients. If your Mom’s Secret Blend seasoning starts to clump, just give the bottle a good “SHAKE” and you’re all set!

Do you have any tips and tricks I can use to learn more about how to use Mom’s Secret Blend products?

Yes – You can browse Mom’s Kitchen for recipes and tips on using our product. We also update our social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest with new recipes, so be sure to check in from time to time.

Do you have free samples available?

Due to our production process, our seasonings are made to order and once a batch is produced, the seasonings are poured directly into bottles and sent out as an order. Unfortunately, free sample packages tend to sit until their freshness is compromised which means I’d have to throw away seasonings that could have been shipped to a customer.

What is your shipping policy?

All orders ship within the continental US. Orders will usually ship within 2 to 4 business days of when the order is placed. We do not currently ship on Sundays or holidays. For additional assistance please e-mail us at [email protected].

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not able to ship products outside the United States.
